Richard L Berkley Riverfront Park is the only developed green space in downtown Kansas City, Mo.

  • Berkley Riverfront Park is home to a 2/3 mile-long lighted walkway, catering to walkers, joggers, cyclists or those who just want to enjoy the outdoors.
  • The "Great Green Space," located in the center of the park, provides 70,200 square feet of uninterrupted space for event set-up and staging.
  • The park showcases the beautiful scenes of both the downtown skyline and the rolling Missouri River.
  • Berkley Riverfront Park neighbors the River Market, Columbus Park, the Isle of Capri Casino, the Town of Kansas Urban Archaeological Site, the Steamboat Arabia Museum, Riverfront West Wetlands Restoration, excellent restaurants, art galleries and many other historical and cultural attractions.
  • The park's paths will soon connect to the Riverfront Heritage Trail System.
  • Park guests have the opportunity to connect to the past by celebrating where Kansas City began its history as the true gateway to the "West" – the banks of the Missouri River.
